Since human skin has shown to have such a low rate of absorption for cannabinoids, the application has to be quite heavy. Think of it as a barrier that you’re pushing through. As such, CBD topicals generally direct consumers to implement a liberal application to the desired area. CBD is much more prone to penetrating through the skin in comparison to THC however, and it’s also a lot more likely to engage the CB2 cannabinoid receptors. This makes CBD a much more popular choice for creating cannabis derived CBD Topical Cream. CBD also has a lot of hemp content, making hemp a great source for CBD topicals.
CBD topical cream offers a unique cannabidiol delivery system that allows users to administer the active CBD compound directly to the site of discomfort for the most acute, fastest-acting effects possible. At Premium Jane, our infused CBD salves for sale are made from the same expertly sourced hemp extract as our top-shelf CBD oils and capsules. Moreover, our products are 100% USA-made using organic, non-GMO hemp from regulated Pilot Research farms in Oregon; when you buy topical CBD cream from Premium Jane, you are truly getting one of the most expertly-crafted CBD creams on the market.
An important factor is the quality and purity of our CBD. We chose the Kentucky farm collective because of the quality of the hemp plants being grown under the Federal Farm Bill and in conjunction with the Kentucky Agricultural Department Hemp Pilot Program. There are very specific guidelines for planting, growing and the processing of the CBD isolate. As a result, the quality of the CBD produced from the whole plant is some of the purest available. We take great pride in providing our clients with an extremely pure, clean and high-quality product to those who desire CBD. Each and every product that leaves the facility is third-party tested to ensure consistency and quality.
Upon receipt of our orders, we judged each isolate according to its smell, taste, look, consistency and packaging. While we considered the effects of each CBD isolate, they are all 99%+ CBD and there is little to no difference in the effect of each. All CBD isolate should have the same mellow, non-psychoactive, relaxing and pain-relieving effects. Choosing between these brands comes down mostly to personal preference.
As CBD oil is non-psychoactive, applying it to the skin does not create mind-altering effects in the same manner that THC ingestion does.3 Therefore, the use of CBD in topical form is a useful alternative for those who wish to avoid the psychoactive effects of THC and those who would like options besides the over-the-counter steroid-based creams typically used for arthritis, joint pain, and similar ailments. This is especially true for aging users, parents, or adults who are concerned about practical matters (like failing drug tests, for example).
There is a significant amount of scientific research on CBD and the ECS system as well as journal entries from pilot studies done by doctors from around the world over the past four decades. However, as this is still a novel area of medicine, do your own research on CBD. There are many online sources of information, but note the internet has a mix of both valid and misleading data. Vet your sources to ensure that they are reputable.
Laboratory evidence indicated that cannabidiol may reduce THC clearance, increasing plasma concentrations which may raise THC availability to receptors and enhance its effect in a dose-dependent manner. In vitro, cannabidiol inhibited receptors affecting the activity of voltage-dependent sodium and potassium channels, which may affect neural activity. A small clinical trial reported that CBD partially inhibited the CYP2C-catalyzed hydroxylation of THC to 11-OH-THC.
We are staunch advocates of CBD and its many, amazing, scientifically-backed uses. We are also staunch advocates of our patrons and their access to the highest quality, 100% organic CBD products around. Getting the information you need, the exact product you want, and a no hassle transaction with no attached shipping charges – that’s what we are all about.
CBD oil products are liquid drops of hemp which are taken orally. They are non-psychoactive and are available in low and high concentrations. Hemp oil tinctures are easy-to-use and offer all of the benefits associated with CBD. Hemp oil can be used sublingually via a dropper, or it can be added to your food and beverages which is why most customers have made it their go-to CBD product.
I think being safe to eat is a moot point. These are topical products. I don’t think anybody is buying to eat them. It’s just a marketing tactic. In regards to the chapsticks, unless you were trying to literally eat the chapstick I think whatever negligible amount may make it past your lips and into your mouth, would certainly not be a health concern from any of these products. What concerns me more is there is zero efficacy with all of these products. Do they just decide over breakfast how much CBD needs to be added for the dosage to work? It’s ridiculous that they are marketing it as safe to eat, and people are buying into that bs and providing no clinical studies or research at all. Just my 2 cents
