Our hemp is sustainably grown using centuries-old cultivation techniques on family farms in European microclimates. Our families of growers carefully grow our hemp without the use of pesticides, herbicides, or chemical fertilizers. A specialized solvent-free extraction process  is used to yield a high-CBD hemp oil that is tested for contaminants and purity in state-of-the-art labs.
Every CBD product should make third-party lab results available, either online, in their packaging, or by request. At minimum, each tincture here offers lab results showing the levels of cannabinoids like CBD and THC, while others offer additional tests. The more information available to consumers the better. At the same time, we admit it isn’t always easy for newcomers to interpret these lab tests.

This Pure CBD Tincture from Elixinol allows you to absorb more cannabinoids thanks to a unique product enhancement. CBD hemp oil is pre-dissolved and embedded into microscopic liposomes to act as an efficient delivery method, since they’re quickly absorbed through a cell wall. In other words, just a few sprays under your tongue and you’ll feel the effects of CBD faster than any other tincture on the market.
Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) testing is much more precise than the standard High-Pressure Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), but because an NMR machine costs millions of dollars and is hard to come by in this industry, we only have limited access to one at a local university. The vast majority of NMR tests we’ve performed on our CBD isolate over the last several years have shown it to be over 99% pure cannabidiol, while standard industry HPLC tests have more variance and less reliability.
As you become more comfortable adding CBD isolate to your favorite foods and snacks, take it step further. Use a double boiler or similar technique to add CBD isolate to honey or agave nectar. As the honey or nectar is heated, the CBD isolate will dissolve, mixing right into the viscous sweetener. Once fully dissolved, your CBD-infused honey or agave can be used to sweeten coffees and teas, topped over fruit bowls or granola, or drizzled on avocado toast for a healthy, CBD-fueled start to your day. The choices are many and varied, and they’re all yours!

Scott Shannon, M.D., assistant clinical professor at the University of Colorado, recently sifted through patient charts from his four-doctor practice to document CBD’s effects on anxiety. His study, as yet unpublished, found “a fairly rapid decrease in anxiety scores that appears to persist for months,” he says. But he says he can’t discount a placebo effect, especially since “there’s a lot of hype right now.”
The benefits and effects of CBD in general (and CBD isolate specifically) go hand-in-hand. One of the major benefits of CBD is that it has no side effects (other than dry mouth, which is par for the course with marijuana products). It has been shown to interfere with liver enzymes that break down the ingredients in most drugs, so talk to your doctor before taking a product like CBD isolate.
The public profile of CBD has soared in recent years, with users using it to treat all manner of ailments and conditions. It can be consumed in a variety of ways, ranging from simple oral consumption to topical use and even vaping. There are two main forms of CBD on the market. These are 'full spectrum' CBD and CBD isolate. There are a number of key differences between the two, which we will look at in this article. We will also look at methods of consumption, as this can have dramatic impact on the efficacy of CBD. As we will see, full-spectrum CBD is more popular, and for good reason, but isolate has certain benefits that might appeal to different CBD users.
